        mysql 4.0.24

你设置了使用 SMTP 发邮件？那个服务器 203.68.*.* 上你确认有 SMTP 服务？

如 Lance 所說的，你設定了 SMTP mail 的功能，可是你的 203.68.*.*:25 看起來是無法連線的。
