最重要的還是 error.log ，一邊裝一邊看 apache 給你什麼 error.log。
我只看過你第一次的 error.log，他是找錯了目錄。之後呢？當你改設定，後有再檢查 error.log 有給任何的訊息嗎？如果 Apache 沒有那些訊息，那很難幫你找到問題。
你說你在 RHEL 與 Feodora 都有安裝成功，能請你作個對照組嗎：
1. PHP Extension 有沒有不一樣
2. PHP.ini 設定 有沒有不一樣
3. Apache httpd.conf 有沒有不一樣
這樣一步一步抽絲剝繭才能找到原因。

一看發現差很多 ~ 但不知怎改善 !
另外像在編譯如果加上 gd 時一直出現
有點怪怪的

但是改成

不過我真的有照上面所說的先 make gd1.3
