請教comment模版的問題

使用minitemplate
發現迴響時輸入的email和個人網址url都無法顯示出來
請問該從何處著手去改呢?
(顯示出的迴響例子: http://www.swib.idv.tw/plog/post/3/3)

我看了commentform.template
卻看不出個所以然來 ><
