I have updated from 0.32 to 1.0.2, but still have some language mess code proble

It took me a while to update from 0.32 to 1.0.1, but I still can't solve the language mess problem. Now I decide to keep the language in utf-8 code, and ask members to transfer their posts by themselves. It would be worthy to do that way. Now since I didn't correct these user with chinese name, will it be a problem when they try to login in the future? Another question, how to use subdomain name setting, anyone has ideas about that? Thank you!
