plog 1.0的安装还是没有搞定

在mark的指点下，参考了http://forum.lifetype.org.tw/index.php?topic=114.0做了修改，还是有问题，架设环境：win03，apache2.0.47，mysql-4.0.17，php-4.3.0

报错如下：

首先，要感谢mark的热心帮助；
也提醒全新安装plog1.0的朋友，不用修改config.properties.php文件内容，下载了源码只要运行wizard.php ，再添加数据库用户、密码等地址就可以啦。

你先前安裝plog的時候，已經建立了一個資料庫了，

應該將它drop掉...再行重新安裝!
