我今天升級部落格也發生同樣的事情，搜尋文章之後想到了：
/config/config.properties.php
之前的版本會幫我們自動填入"db_prefix"為"lt_"，1.2之後都是空白，如果之前設定為"lt_"，就要記得去填入
$config["db_prefix"] = "lt_";
