這個問題已經有人問過了
應該是你的主機商把SAFE MODE打開
你看看搜尋到的方法能不能解決
不行的話只能問問你的主機商能不能關掉SAFE MODE

這如果不是你自己的機器，那麼你沒辦法關掉 safe_mode

在怎麼設定都是沒用的！

這必須請你的虛擬主機公司關掉才行。

如果他們不願意關，那麼你只能換虛擬主機公司了。
